The session is a structured as follows:\n15 min – Kitting up and safety briefing\n45 min – Formal coaching \n45 min – Informal practice\nMembers and visitors booking for this session may use club equipment including a kagool, helmet, paddle and buoyancy aid. This session is open most Saturdays.\nPlease Note: Visitors attending a taster session must have an induction prior to their first paddling session. As visitor, you may attend two  taster paddling sessions before joining the club.
